Exchange Policy

Exchanges Policy

1.     The item must be in its original condition. The item(s) must be unused, unaltered and unwashed.

2.     The item must be returned with the original packaging with its tag.

3.     The item can only be returned and exchanged if it is damaged before you receive the item. Customer must notify us of any defects via email within 2 days of receipt of the item.

4.     Exchanges can only be accepted for the same item(s), and is subject to availability

In Store Exchanges

1.     Submit the return request including your Name, Phone no., order number, returned item style and quantity via Email.

2.     Exchanges must be completed in store within 14 days of receipt of the items.

3.     All exchange requests are to be made prior to your visit.

Exchanges by Delivery

1.     Submit the return request by including your Full Name, Phone no., delivery address, order number, returned item style and quantity via Email.

2.     The returned item must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of the items.

3.     Return shipping cost will be borne by customer.

Return and Refund

1.     Exchanges must be completed with receipt within 14 days of receipt of the items.

2.     Only one exchange per item is allowed.

3.     Absolutely no exchange will be entertained for used, washed or altered items. 

4.     No refund will be entertained unless the item is out of stock.
